Stackr doesn't manufacture bricks. We do something that matters just as much: we vet, build, and ship every set ourselves, so collectors here don't have to gamble on a knockoff or a guessing game to build something great.
From the founder
I started Stackr the way most collectors start. Burned once by a “genuine” set that turned out to be neither genuine nor complete, and annoyed a second time by a set that showed up missing half the pieces it promised. Neither should be part of this hobby.
So we built the thing we wished existed: a place that test-builds every set before listing it, prices honestly in rupees with nothing hidden at the door, and treats a missing piece as our problem to fix, not yours to live with. That's the whole business, really. Curation and trust, done properly.

How we curate
Every set on Stackr passes the same three checks before it earns a listing.
Sourced directly
We buy from the brand or its authorised distributors only, never grey-market resellers, never unlicensed factories.
Test-built in house
Someone on our team physically builds a sample of every new set. Bad instructions, brittle clutch power, sloppy molding: any of those, and it doesn't get listed.
Checked for completeness
We spot-check piece counts against the manifest before a batch goes live, catching factory shortfalls before they reach you.

Shipped by us, not imported
Sets ship from our own facility. No customs delays, no import surprises, no third-party warehouses. What you order is what arrives, faster.
Quality, promised
Every set is inspected before it ships. If something's not right, we make it right: replacement pieces or a replacement set, no interrogation.
Customer-first, every time
A real person answers when you write in. We'd rather fix a problem in a day than make you wait on a ticket queue.
Missing a piece? We'll send it.
Even test-built sets occasionally ship a factory short a piece or two. If that happens to you, email us the set name and the missing part. No receipt hunting, no return shipping. We mail the piece directly, on us.
