Shipping
Every order ships from our own facility, not a third-party warehouse.
Dispatch time
Orders are quality-checked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed.
Delivery time
Most sets arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your city. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. No surprise charges at the door.
Returns & replacements
Two different situations, two different fixes.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing a piece
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo, and what's wrong. We'll send a replacement part or a full replacement set, at no cost to you. No return shipping, no restocking fee.
Changed your mind
Sets can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the box is unopened and the build is untouched. Once a set has been built, it can't be returned, building it is the whole point. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of the set reaching us.
